Libby Moore: Dream Catcher
Treasure Hunter, Life Coach and Speaker
Libby Moore is a Certified Life Coach, speaker and global adventurer who loves inspiring people and companies to align with their higher self, in order to achieve their higher purpose. Former Chief of Staff to Oprah Winfrey, Moore spent over a decade exposed to some of the greatest thought leaders while assisting Ms. Winfrey as she helped millions of people unleash their personal power. Now Moore travels the world sharing her work/life experiences, and lessons learned from Oprah, as she helps corporations reimagine what corporate culture can be from a higher consciousness.
Moore is disrupting corporations to break away from the old corporate culture and embrace the new paradigm of the intuitive/collaborative environment, by guiding employees back to their higher self/higher purpose. Her work mantra: “Nature is the new corner office.” Encouraging employees to tap into the revitalizing, inspiring and healing energy of our natural world. She also advocates for profit sharing for all employees, believing it will be the key to retaining the best talent and increasing bottom line profits.
For years she has mentored hundreds of individuals; from college students to women in prison, entrepreneurs to Executives, in her personal life as well as through her private coaching and speaking engagements both in the US and around the world. She has had long term mentoring roles at Chicago’s United Children’s Advantage Network, as well as the We Are Family Foundation’s Global Teen Leadership program.
Helping companies get back to their spiritual core, and operate from a higher consciousness/higher vibration in order to create a positive ripple effect in our world. Over the past five years she got off social media, she stopped Googling people; gave up TV, stopped reading the news and stopped mindlessly consuming. This has opened up huge amounts of space and time to be creative and allow new thoughts, ideas and collaborations to flow, which has ultimately led to her new career.
So many of us have been so hyper focused on what’s ahead, that we miss the opportunities right in front of us.
